Welcome to Wonky! By signing up with us, you agree to our subscription policy, designed to provide you with a seamless experience and flexibility in managing your deliveries.

Subscription Arrangement: When you subscribe to Wonky, you are opting for a regular delivery of our fresh and sustainable produce. Subscribers choose the frequency of deliveries, and payments are made in advance, automatically debited from your provided bank account.

Flexibility for You: Wonky believes in flexibility. You are not bound by a contract, giving you the freedom to cancel or skip weeks whenever needed. To ensure smooth changes, please make amendments before the cut-off time to avoid any unwanted deliveries.

Cut-Off Time: Make changes to your subscription by the specified cut-off time, which is four days before your scheduled delivery. For Thursday deliveries, adjustments must be made before the Sunday charge, and for Friday deliveries, changes are required before the Monday charge.

Billing Information: Billing occurs at specific times: midday on Sunday and Monday, and 10 am on Tuesday. Your payment details are securely stored through Stripe Payments, and as owners, we do not have access to these account details.

Subscription Duration: Your subscription has no predetermined end date. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription by skipping weeks or canceling, ensuring it aligns with your preferences.
