Absolutely. Every item is selected for quality – whether it's rescued, rerouted, or responsibly sourced. All fresh, all ready for your table.We pack chilled items with care using sustainable insulation (either WOOLPACK wool or Climaliner paper-based liners) and ice packs to maintain freshness throughout delivery. If you're ever not satisfied with the freshness or quality of any product, just let us know and we'll send a refund. No fuss, no questions – that's our promise.
Chilled items are carefully packed using sustainable insulation and water-filled ice packs to maintain stable temperatures from our door to your fridge. Depending on the product, we use either WOOLPACK wool insulation (made from rescued Australian and New Zealand wool) or Climaliner paper-based thermal liners. Both provide excellent protection during delivery, keeping your items fresh and chilled throughout transit.
You'll find four main categories:
There's no extra delivery fee – everything arrives together with your Wonky Box in the same delivery. However, if you order individual chilled products (not including the NZ Farmers Boxes), you will be charged a chilled packaging fee to cover the cost of the sustainable WOOLPACK wool insulation and reusable ice packs needed to keep your items fresh in transit.
